UK Delivery Options

Delivery within the UK is £3.95. This will be dispatched by Royal Mail 48.
Not Tracked - Delivery Confirmation Only 
Highlands, Islands & NI are a two day service may take longer to deliver. 'Business Days' excludes Saturday (except Saturday Delivery Option), Sundays & Bank Holidays. 

International Delivery Options

Delivery to any European country is £14.95.
This will be dispatched using a 3-5 working day tracked service.

Delivery & Production Times

Standard dispatch for all orders is upto 21 working days, however this is usually only during peak times and we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched along with relevant tracking information.

Returns Policy

As we provide personalised, made to order goods we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty.
Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification". 
Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information and any customisation is entered in correctly. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, just to the right of the product description. 
All personalised items from MyCustomTeamwear are made to order; this includes items purchased which do not contain player customisation.

What happens if I want to cancel an order?
We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time. In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be in production sometimes within a few hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.
If an order is cancelled once placed, Football America UK Ltd reserves the right to charge for garment fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders can take upto 21 working days to be produced, however this is usually only during peak times and we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order is complete it will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery service.

How can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been packed ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you. 
If your order has already been placed you've got to be quick though, as our merchandise team gets packing pretty quickly to make sure your order arrives with you as fast as possible. It's best in this situation to call us on 0800 917 4245 rather than e-mail. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.

How can I track my delivery/order?

For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 48 delivery. This service is untracked until it arrives at it's destination, this is for proof of postage.
